New Year - from the end of permitted hours on New Years Eve until the start of permitted hours on New Years Day.
Annexe 1 - Mandatory conditions
1) Supply of Alcohol
No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence;
() at a time when here is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
() at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
No external speakers shall be used outside the building, this will include any beer gardens or outside drinking area or car park, after the hours of 23.00 Monday to Saturday and after the hour of 22.30 Sunday.
The use of any outside drinking/seating area will cease at 23.00 Monday to Saturday and at 22.30 Sunday.
All doors to be kept closed after the hour of 23.00 Monday to Saturday and after the hour of 22.30 Sunday.
All Windows and doors to be closed after 23.00
Refuse, including bottles shall not be removed from the building for disposal between the hours of 23 and 07.00
Protection of children from harm
All children shall be accompanied by an adult.
No children shall be allowed on the premises after 21.00hrs
