  CLUB PREMISES

   

  CONDITIONS REPRODUCING THE EFFECT OF RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED ON THE USE OF THE PREMISES FOR THE EXISTING LICENSABLE ACTIVITIES (PARAGRAPH 18(5) OF SCHEDULE 8 TO THE LICENSING ACT 2003).

   

  Permitted Hours

  Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during the times this licence authorises the carrying out of licensable activities.

   

  On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, 00.00 on 31 December.

   

  Licensable Activities

  All licensable activities shall only be provided for club members and/or any bona fide guests of a member of the club.

  PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER

  CCTV

   

  Where CCTV equipment is fitted, it shall be maintained in good working order in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and shall be operational at all times when a licensable activity takes place on the premises.

   

  A written record shall be kept of images that are recorded by CCTV and shall include details of the recording medium used, the time and date recording commenced and finished.  The record shall identify the person responsible for the recording and shall be signed by him/her.  Where the recording is on a removable medium (i.e. videotape, compact disc, flash card etc), a secure storage system to store those recording mediums shall be provided.

   

  The images recorded by the CCTV system shall be retained in unedited form for a period of not less than 31 days.

   

   

  PUBLIC SAFETY

  Plastic glasses only to be used in outside areas.

   

   

  THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM

  Children

  Children must be supervised by parents at all times.  There is a summer and winter time limit.  In summer children shall be allowed to sit outside with parents until 9.00pm.  At all times they must vacate the premises by 8.00pm.  In winter children shall be off the premises totally by 8.00pm.
