ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
CONDITIONS REPRODUCING THE EFFECT OF CONDITIONS SUBJECT TO WHICH THE RELEVANT EXISTING LICENCES HAD EFFECT (PARAGRAPH 6(6) OF SCHEDULE 8 TO THE LICENSING ACT 2003)
1. No intoxicating liquor may be supplied otherwise than to:-
(a) members of the club admitted pursuant to the Club Rules;
(b) a guest of a member introduced by such member;
(c) a person whose admission to the club premises is provided for by the rules;
(d) persons attending pre-booked functions to be held at the premises.
2. There shall be rules for the election of members and notification of any alteration of rules must be given to the licensing authority and the Cheshire Police Licensing Officer within 14 days of any such alteration.
3. A list of names and addresses of all members shall be kept at the premises.
C) MANDATORY CONDITIONS
That no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
() at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
() at a time when the designated premise supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
That every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
