• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

    CONDITIONS REPRODUCING THE EFFECT OF CONDITIONS SUBJECT TO WHICH THE RELEVANT EXISTING LICENCES HAD EFFECT (PARAGRAPH 6(6) OF SCHEDULE 8 TO THE LICENSING ACT 2003)

   

  1.              No intoxicating liquor may be supplied otherwise than to:-

   

  (a)              members of the club admitted pursuant to the Club Rules;

  (b)              a guest of a member introduced by such member;

  (c)              a person whose admission to the club premises is provided for by the rules;

  (d)              persons attending pre-booked functions to be held at the premises.

   

  2.              There shall be rules for the election of members and notification of any alteration of rules must be given to the licensing authority and the Cheshire Police Licensing Officer within 14 days of any such alteration.

   

  3.              A list of names and addresses of all members shall be kept at the premises.

   

   

  C)     MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  That no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-

  ()       at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises  licence, or

  ()       at a time when the designated premise supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

  That every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  THE PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER

   

  CCTV

  Where CCTV equipment is fitted, it shall be maintained in good working order in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and shall be operational at all times when a licensable activity takes place on the premises.

   

  Bookings

  All private bookings shall be risk assessed by the Designated Premises Supervisor or other responsible person to ensure that all steps to reduce crime, disorder and nuisance are implemented.

   

  Lighting

  External lighting shall be provided to the car park.

   

  THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE

   

  Noise

  All music generated at the premises shall be controlled by the use of an electronic noise limiting device.

   

  Outdoor area

  The use of any outdoor area for consumption of alcohol shall be monitored by a responsible person to ensure that good order is maintained.

   

  Regulated Entertainment

  When regulated entertainment is taking place all doors and windows to the room where that entertainment is being provided shall be kept closed except for access and egress.

   

  Notices

  Notices shall be displayed requesting customers to leave the premisess quietly.

   

   

  THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM

   

  Proof of Age Schemes - Challenge 21

  Challenge 21 proof of age policy shall be adopted.

   

   

  Children

  Children shall be permitted to enter and remain in the Parish Centre at the discretion of the Designated Premises Supervisor.
