ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER
Doors Supervisors
The Company and the Premises Licence Holder shall monitor the need for door supervisors and in doing so take in to account any advice given by the Police.
Pubwatch
The designated premises supervisor or a person nominated by them shall be a member of and regularly attend at the meetings of the Pub and Club watch scheme for the area within which the premises is located.
Text and/or Radio Pagers
Text and/or Radio Pagers, where already used shall be used until the close of business.
Toughened Glass
Toughened glass is currently in use and shall continue to be used at all times.
Drinks Promotions
In line with the Company’s ‘alcohol and social responsibility’ policy there will be no promotions that encourage illegal, irresponsible or immoderate consumption.
PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE
Noise
The Premises Licence Holder shall take all reasonable steps to recognise the rights of local residents and to encourage customers to leave the premises quietly.
PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM
Proof of Age Schemes
The premises licence holder will at all times observe the law and ensure that alcohol is not served to people who are under 18 years of age. The manager and staff are briefed in the importance of their responsibilities in ensuring customers are over 18.
Children
Children under the age of 16 years of age shall be accompanied and supervised by an adult when using the premises.
Adult Entertainment
No adult entertainment (paid for by the Company, of a nude physical nature) is permitted at these premises.
