  Mandatory Conditions

   

  Supply of Alcohol

   

  No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence;

   

  ()       at a time when here is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  ()       at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  Door Supervision

   

  Only individuals licensed by the Security Industry Authority shall be used at the premises to guard against:

   

  ()       unauthorised access or occupation (e.g. through door supervision), or

  ()       outbreaks of disorder, or

  ()       damage

   

  Exhibition of films

   

  The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made by the British Board of Film Classification, where the film has been classified by that Board.

  THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND DISORDER

   

  CCTV

  Where CCTV is fitted it shall be to the standards of Cheshire Constabulary's policy and maintained in good working order.

   

  Alarms

  Two alarm systems fitted.

   

  Toughened Glass

  Toughened/non splintering glass shall be used for pints & half pints.

   

  PUBLIC SAFETY

   

  Capacity

  Seating Capacity has been assessed as 175 persons on the ground floor.

   

  THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE

   

  Outside area

  Any outside areas shall be kept clean and tidy.

   

  Signage

  Signage shall be displayed requesting customers to respect neighbouring properties by keeping noise levels to a minimum.

   

  Speakers

  No speakers shall be fitted outside the premises.

   

  Sealed Vessels

  Customers shall not be allowed to consume alcohol purchased on the premises in open vessels in any area off the premises.

   

  THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM

   

  Challenge 21

  Challenge 21 shall be in operation and signage to this effect shall be visible in a prominent position.

   

  Under 18's

  16 and 17 year olds shall only be allowed on the premises if supervised by a responsible adult.
