• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  A)   CONDITIONS REPRODUCING THE EFFECT OF RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED ON THE USE OF THE PREMISES FOR THE EXISTING LICENSABLE ACTIVITIES (PARAGRAPH 18(5) OF SCHEDULE 8 TO THE LICENSING ACT 2003).

   

  1        Permitted Hours

  Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during the times this certificate authorises the carrying out of licensable activities.

   

  The above restrictions do not prohibit:

   

  the supply to, or consumption by, any person or alcohol in any premises where they are residing.

   

  2.     Licensable Activities

  All licensable activities shall only be provided for club members and/or any bona fide guests of a member of the club.

   

   

  )            MANDATORY CONDITIONS UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

   

  1        Supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises

   

  (1)          The supply of alcohol must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises.

  (2)          Any alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container

  (3)          Any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club in person.

  Children

  Children shall be allowed to use the games facilities only if supervised by a parent/guardian who is an exisiting club member.

  All juniors must vacate the premises by 23.00 Monday to Friday and 21.30 Saturday & Sunday unless attending special functions organised by the Club in the function room.  A notice to this effect shall be displayed in a conspicuous place on the premises.
