• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1.  No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:

  ()       at a time when here is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  ()       at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

   

  2.  (a) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol.

   

  (b) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.

   

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER

   

  CCTV

  A closed circuit TV monitoring system shall be installed and maintained.  Images shall be recorded and retained for at least 21 days and shall be handed to Police/Local Authority on request.

   

  Signage

  Signage shall be displayed in store that it is an offence for people under the age of 18 to purchase alcohol.

   

   

  THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE

   

  Deliveries

  No deliveries shall take place between the hours of 23.00 and 06.00 the following day.

   

   

  THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM

   

  Challenge 25

  'Challenge 25' scheme shall be in place and notices of this prominently displayed within the store.

   

  All staff shall be trained in relation to underage related sales of alcohol.

   

  Electronic till prompt when alcohol is scanned shall be in place to remind staff to check age of purchaser.

   

  Age Refusals Register

  A refusals book shall be kept to record where sales of alcohol are challenged or refused.
