• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  A)  CONDITIONS REPRODUCING THE EFFECT OF RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED ON THE USE OF THE PREMISES FOR THE EXISTING LICENSABLE ACTIVITIES (PARAGRAPH 18(5) OF SCHEDULE 8 TO THE LICENSING ACT 2003).

   

  Permitted Hours

  Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during the times this certificate authorises the carrying out of licensable activities.

   

  The above restrictions do not prohibit:

   

  ()

  during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises;

  ()

  during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of the alcohol from the premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken away in an open vessel;

  ()

  during the first thirty minutes after the above hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied for consumption as an ancillary to their meals;

  ()

  the supply to, or consumption by, any person or alcohol in any premises where they are residing.

   

  Licensable Activities

  All licensable activities shall only be provided for club members and/or any bona fide guests of a member of the club.

   

   

  )            MANDATORY CONDITIONS UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

  Supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises

   

  (1)

  The supply of alcohol must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises.

  (2)

  Any alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container

  (3)

  Any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club in person.

  THE PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER

  Glasses

  No botttles or glasses are to be removed from the premises.

   

  Door Security

  A door entry security system shall be used at all times.

   

   

  THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE

  Noise

  All doors and windows must be kept closed when any amplified or unamplified must or voices are being played within the premises.

   

  The Premises Licence Holder or their representative shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause disturbance to local residents.  A written record of those assessments and the remedial action taken shall be kept and will include the date, time of the checks and the name of the person carrying out the checks.  Details of the remedial action will also be recorded.

   

  There shall be placed at all exits of the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public [or members and their guests] requiring customers to leave the premises quickly and quietly.  This condition also extends to car parks where car radios and members of the public may cause disturbance to local residents.

   

  No external speakers shall be used outside the building, this will include any beer garden or outside drinking area or car park after 20.00.

   

  The use of any outside area will cease at 23.00.

   

  Nuisances

  Refuse, including bottles, shall not be removed from the building for disposal between the hours of 23.00 and 07.00.

   

  There shall be no emissions from the premises of any offensive smells or odours, which may cause disturbance or nuisance.

   

  The licence holders must discourage the use of the car park for any activity outside of the licensed hours, this may include the erection of barriers outside licensing hours.

   

   

  THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM

  Children

  There shall be a designated qualified Child Protection Officer for each sporting section.
