ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Alcohol
That no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
() at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
() at a time when the designated premise supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
That every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or
authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Exhibition of films
The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made by the British Board of Film Classification, where the film has been classified by that Board.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
THE PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER
CCTV
Internal CCTV cameras are positioned around the premises.
PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE
Noise
Live music levels shall be monitored from outside the premises and reduced if necessary. A record shall be kept of any monitoring.
Notices
Notices shall be displayed requesting customers to keep noise to a minimum and to respect any residential premises near the restaurant.
PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM
Children
All young persons under the age of 16 shall be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
Consumption of alcohol by persons aged 16/17 shall be in compliance with the Licensing Act 2003.
