Variations:-
30 minutes after the terminal hours for the seasonal variations relating to the sale of alcohol.
24 hours per day for residents of the associated lodge accommodation and their bone fide guests.
Seasonal Variations:-
Terminal hour of 01.30 (following day) on Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays preceeding a Bank Holiday Monday, Christmas Eve and when private fuctions are held.
Terminal hour of 00.30 (following day) on Bank Holiday Monday, Boxing Day, December 27, 28, 29 & 30.
New Year's Eve the end of permitted hours until the start of permitted hours New Year's Day.
The terminal hour to be extended by one hour on Warrington Walking Day week.
One the morning when British summer time begins, where the terminal hour is later than 01.00, the terminal hour shall be extended by one hour.

Provision of hot food and drink to residents and their bone fide guests 23.00 until 05.00 every day.
When events from the Football World Cup, Rugby World Cup or Olympics are televised live, from one hour before the start of the televised event until standard opening time.
Christmas Day 09.00 until normal terminal hour.
January 1st terminal hour 01.00 (following day)
One the morning when British summer time begins, where the terminal hour is later than 01.00, the terminal hour to be extended by one hour.
ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
That no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
() at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
() at a time when the designated premise supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
That every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
There shall be in place for the premises a written policy that employees challenge all persons purchasing alcohol who appear to be under 18 years of age. That policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 18 years to produce a recognised proof of age card accredited under the Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) or if a proof of age card is not available a photo driving licence, passport or accredited student card.
Persons who appear to be under the age of 18 years shall be required to produce proof of age by way of a recognised proof of age card accredited under the Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) or if a proof of age card is not available a photo driving licence, passport or accredited student card.
