Additional Conditions

ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

1)     Supply of Alcohol

No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence;

()       at a time when here is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
()       at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX - 2 CONDITIONS CONSITENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

Prevention of crime and disorder

CCTV
CCTV cameras shall be installed both external (front & rear) and on both floors.

Supervision
Premises shall be supervised by owner or a nominated responsible person when open to the public.

Monitoring
Premises shall be alarmed when closed. Premises shall be monitored 24hrs by a monitoring alarm company.

Drinking water
Drinking water shall be available to diners on request free of charge at all times when open.

Alcohol
Alcohol shall only be sold ancillary to food purchased by customers for consumption on the premises.

Toughened Glass
Toughened/ non splintering glass shall be used for pints and half pints.

Public safety

Capacity
Seating capacity assessed as 55 persons on the first floor and 50 on the ground floor plus any external areas in use.

Prevention of public nuisance

Outside area
When outside areas are used they shall be kept clean and tidy. Front outside area will be sectioned off with only one entrance & exit for customers.

Protection of children from harm

Challenge 21
Challenge 21 shall be in operation and signage to this effect shall be visible.

Persons under 18
Any person under the age of 18 shall only be allowed to consume alcohol
within the guidelines of the Licensing Act 2003 subject to valid identification.
A register with numbered pages shall be kept on the premises to record all sales.
