CCTV
Where CCTV equipment is fitted, it shall be maintained in good working order in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and shall be operational at all times when a licensable activity takes place on the premises.
A written record shall be kept of images that are recorded by CCTV and shall include details of the recording medium used, the time and date recording commenced and finished. The record shall identify the person responsible for the recording and shall be signed by him/her. Where the recording is on a removable medium (i.e. videotape, compact disc, flash card etc), a secure storage system to store those recording mediums shall be provided.
The images recorded by the CCTV system shall be retained in unedited form for a period of not less than 31 days.
Incidents of crime and/or disorder
Every incident of crime and/or disorder in the premises shall be reported to the Police.
Notices
The Premises Licence Holder shall display on the door to the premises and in the premises notices warning customers about wet floors, hot surfaces and any steps in the premises and hot food and drink.
Queuing
The Premises Licence Holder shall operate during busy times a queuing system, which shall be monitored by staff. Customers shall be notified of the waiting time for food during busy times.
Fixtures and fittings
All fixtures and fittings shall be regularly inspected. Where any fixture and/or fitting is defective the Premises Licence Holder shall ensure that the fixture and/or fitting is renewed.
Safety of Customers
All sharp and dangerous objects shall be kept out of the public area of the premises.
