ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
THE PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER
1) Where CCTV equipment is fitted, it shall be maintained in good working order in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and shall be operational at all times when a licensable activity takes place on the premises.
2) Every incident of crime and/or disorder in the premises shall be reported to the Police.
PUBLIC SAFETY
3) The Premises Licence Holder shall display on the door to the premises and in the premises notices warning customers about wet floors, hot surfaces and any steps in the premises and hot food and drink.
4) The Premises Licence Holder shall operate during busy times a queuing system, which shall be monitored by staff. Customers shall be notified of the waiting time for food during busy times.
5) All fixtures and fittings shall be regularly inspected. Where any fixture and/or fitting is defective the Premises Licence Holder shall ensure that the fixture and/or fitting is renewed.
6) All sharp and dangerous objects shall be kept out of the public area of the premises.
