ANNEX 1- Mandatory conditions
1) Supply of Alcohol
No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence;
() at a time when here is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
() at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

Staff
The premises shall be well staffed with high levels of supervision and training
Anti-social Behaviour
The Premises shall be a family friendly environment, intolerant of anti-social or disorderly behaviour.
Drunkenness shall not be tolerated and heavily intoxicated will not be served.
CCTV
CCTV shall be installed.
