Annex 1 - Mandatory conditions
CONDITIONS REPRODUCING THE EFFECT OF RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED ON THE USE OF THE PREMISES FOR THE EXISTING LICENSABLE ACTIVITIES (PARAGRAPH 6(8) OF SCHEDULE 8 TO THE LICENSING ACT 2003).
Permitted Hours
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during the times this licence authorises the carrying out of licensable activities.
The above restrictions do not prohibit:
() during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises;
() during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of the alcohol from the premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken away in an open vessel;
() during the first thirty minutes after the above hours, the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied for consumption as an ancillary to their meals;
() the supply to, or consumption by, any person or alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
Licensable Activities
All licensable activities shall only be provided for club members and/or any bona fide guests of a member of the club.

Supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises
(1) The supply of alcohol must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises.
(2) Any alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container
(3) Any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club in person.
