ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
A) CONDITIONS REPRODUCING THE EFFECT OF CONDITIONS SUBJECT TO WHICH THE RELEVANT EXISTING LICENCE HAD EFFECT (PARAGRAPH 6(6) OF SCHEDULE 8 TO THE LICENSING ACT 2003).
Justices' Licence
1 In the areas shaded pink on the ground floor and first floors of the North, South, East & West stands marked “Concourse” intoxicating liquor shall be sold or supplied only to persons who are attending rugby league matches and during the period commencing 90 minutes before the scheduled kick off time and ending 20 minutes before the scheduled finishing time of the match.
2 Within the concourse areas all drinks and intoxicating liquor shall be sold only in plastic containers.
3 In the areas shaded pink on the first floor of the north stand and marked “Sponsors Lounge” “Directors Lounge” “Vice Presidents Lounge” “Box & Media” and on the first floor of the east stand marked “Executive Restaurant” intoxicating liquor shall only be sold or supplied either to persons attending rugby league matches at the ground or to persons attending functions, dinners or pre-organised dances, receptions, conferences or organised entertainments of a social or business nature held on those parts of the premises.
4 Fixture lists identifying all games at which intoxicating liquor is be sold under the terms of this licence shall be served on the Divisional Commander at Warrington and the Licensing Officer at least 7 days before the relevant match.
5 No alcohol shall be permitted to be brought into the stadium before, during or after a match when intoxicating liquor is to be sold under the terms of this licence.
Public Entertainment Licence
6 Permitted numbers
The maximum number of persons permitted to use the Premises at any one time shall not exceed for all purposes 390 persons in East Stand Restaurant, 130 person in North Stand Platinum Suite, 80 person in Directors Lounge, 110 person in VIP Lounge and 80 persons in Sponsors Lounge or such lesser number of persons as the Premises can with ample safety, accommodate having regard to the nature of the entertainment provided.
2. Standard Conditions
The Premises Licence is subject to all the standard conditions contained in the previous Public Entertainment Licence issued under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 as amended.
B) MANDATORY CONDITIONS
1) Alcohol
That no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
() at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
() at a time when the designated premise supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
That every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
2) Films
The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made by the British Board of Film Classification, where the film has been classified by that Board.
