ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
THE PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER
Door Supervisors
Where Door Supervisors are employed they are to wear reflective clothing in yellow or orange (jacket or waistcoat as a minimum) clearly labelled to identify the wearer as a Door Supervisor. There shall be a daily signing in log for Door Supervisors, which may be in the form of a paper record containing details of the name, badge number, times on and off duty and signature of each individual. There shall also be maintained a normal list of all door staff containing full name and address, date of birth, contact telephone details and where employed through an agency, the details of the agency. All records shall be maintained for a minimum of 2 years and made available for inspection by the police or an authorised officer.
CCTV
CCTV system shall comply with the Cheshire Constabulary Operating Requirement Document and appendix (attached). There shall be sufficient senior staff trained to be able to operate and download images to the Police and authorised officers for the purpose of crime prevention and detection.
Containers
All drinks shall be served in non splintering, plastic or shatterproof glass whenever possible.
THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE
Alcohol
No persons shall be allowed to enter the premises who are intoxicated.
Noise
Signs shall be placed by all exits asking customers to leave quickly and quietly. DJ's shall request the same.
No sound shall be transmitted through structure or external speakers.
Outside areas shall close at 23.00 Mon - Sat and 22.30 Sun.
A record of sound leakage shall be kept.
Refuse and bottles shall be collected between 07.00 and 23.00.
