PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER

Stewards wearing high visibility jackets shall patrol the area on a regular basis.

The Premises Licence holder shall ensure that the Community Police have been notified that the event is taking place.

PUBLIC SAFETY

Stewards shall be trained in public safety issues and emergency evacuation procedures.

St John's Ambulance Brigade shall be in attendance.

PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE

The Premises Licence holder shall ensure that all traders and residents are informed by letter of the date the event is taking place.

The Premises Licence holder shall ensure that the streets where the event is taking place shall be cleared and all rubbish removed.

PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM

No adult entertainment shall take place.

Alcohol shall not be served.
