ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER
Stewards shall patrol the area where the activities are taking place on a regular basis.
The Premises Licence holder shall ensure that the Police have been notified that the event is taking place.
PUBLIC SAFETY
All stewards employed during the event shall comply with the Risk Assessment or other such document that may be provided to them on appointment.
PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE
The Premises Licence holder shall ensure that all traders and residents are informed by letter of the date the event is taking place.
The Premises Licence holder shall ensure that the streets where the event is taking place shall be cleared and all rubbish removed.
PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM
No adult entertainment shall take place.
Alcohol shall not be served.
