OUTDOOR PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENT LICENCE
1. Standard Conditions
The Premises Licence is subject to all the standard conditions contained in the previous Outdoor Public Entertainment Licence issued under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 as amended.

PUBLIC SAFETY
1) Each area used for an activity specified within the licence should be assessed for maximum capacity in accordance with current HSE guidelines.
2) Any event that is expected to exceed 499 people will also be supported with an event management plan, which will demonstrate the support of the licensing objectives and is shared with the Advisory Board at Warrington Borough Council.
THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE
None.
THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM
None.
