ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
CONDITIONS REPRODUCING THE EFFECT OF CONDITIONS SUBJECT TO WHICH THE RELEVANT EXISTING LICENCE HAD EFFECT (PARAGRAPH 6(6) OF SCHEDULE 8 TO THE LICENSING ACT 2003).
1 Outdoor Public Entertainment Licence - Permitted numbers
The maximum number of persons permitted to use the Premises at any one time shall not exceed:
() For all purposes 600 persons
Or such lesser number of persons as the Premises can with ample safety, accommodate having regard to the nature of the entertainment provided.
2. Outdoor Public Entertainment Licence - Standard Conditions
The Premises Licence is subject to all the standard conditions contained in the previous Public Entertainment Licence issued under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 as amended
3. Outdoor Public Entertainment Licence - Special Conditions
A risk assessment and stewarding plan shall be submitted for aproval to the Licensing Officer and Cheshire Constabulary before each event.
A schedule of forthcoming events shall be submitted to the Licensing Officer and Cheshire Constabulary for assessment every 6 months.
Details of any temporary structures and fixed seating shall be submitted to the Licensing Officer and Fire Authority for prior consent.
ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
PUBLIC SAFETY
Paved Area
Use of the paved area in front of the Parr Hall shall only be used with advance notification to Police, Fire and any relevant Borough Council Departments (Licensing, Highways etc) seeking any approval /certification required.
