ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER
Events will be appropriately stewarded by uniformed and visible staff.
Links with local Community Support Officers and the Police to be maintained.
An event log to record all crime and disorder incidents occuring during the event will be maintained on site.
All large scale events will be presented to the Events Safety Management group. Large scale events are any events that do not fall within the limits of a Temporary Events Notice (i.e. over 500 people).
PUBLIC SAFETY
Events are managed in accordance with corporate health, safety, and event management policies, procedures and best practice guidelines.
Appropriate notification of events to all emergency services. The applicant shall give a minimum of 28 days notice to both Cheshire Constabulary and the Council's Environmental Heath (Noise Section) for events with an expected attendance of over 500 visitors.
Named individuals responsible for each event will be forwarded to the Licensing Authority.
PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE
Events shall be timed to reduce the possibility of nuisance.
Noise levels shall be monitored and maintained within appropriate guidelines.
Log book shall be maintained to monitor public nuisance.
PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM
A policy for separated children on the premises shall be in place.
