  Exhibition of films

  The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made by the British Board of Film Classification, where the film has been classified by that Board.

  PUBLIC SAFETY

   

  Stewards

  In accordance with WBC Events licensing procedure, the event shall be managed by over 70 trained stewards and 6 park rangers.  The stewards shall be identifiable by their black DAD polo shirts and dayglow tabards and ID photo badges.  2 way radios are co-ordinated from the stewards control point by the Event Co-ordinator and Control Point Supervisor plus additional staff to answer enquiries.  The Head Steward has access to the Rangers Radio system and shall have mobile phones for emergencies.
