• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1)     Exhibition of films

   

  The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made by the British Board of Film Classification, where the film has been classified by that Board.

  All Stewards employed during the event shall comply with the Disability Awareness Day Notes or such other document that may be provided to them on appointment.

  The event shall be monitored by stewards, to help prevent any public nuisance occurring.

  Children

   

  A 'lost children's area' shall be in place during the event.
