Prevention of Crime and Disorder
Search, Drugs, Weapons and Dispersal Policies
The Premises Licence holder shall put in place a written search policy to cover both drugs and weapons for the premises which shall be to the satisfaction of Cheshire Constabulary. The Premises Licence Holder or Designated Premises Supervisor shall then ensure that this drugs policy is complied with at all times when the premises are open for licensable activities.

Pubwatch/Radio Scheme
The premises licence holder or their representative shall be an active member of the local pubwatch scheme and participate in the pubwatch radio scheme
CCTV
Where CCTV equipment is fitted, it shall be maintained in good working order in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and shall be operational at all times when a licensable activity takes place on the premises.
CCTV to comply with the Cheshire Constabulary operational guidelines for CCTV.
CCTV images to be made available on request for crime prevention/detection purposes.
The images recorded by the CCTV system shall be retained in unedited form for a period of not less than 28 days.
Door Supervisors
Where any person is employed on or about the Premises as a Door Supervisor the Premises Licence Holder shall maintain a register in a form approved by the Licensing Authority showing in respect of each period of duty of that person:-
the name, date of birth, badge or licence number and residential address of that person;
the time at which he commenced the period of duty, with a signed acknowledgement by that person;
the time at which he finished the period of duty, with a signed acknowledgement by that person;
any time during the period of duty when he was not on duty; and
if that person is not an employee of the Premises Licence Holder, the name of the person by whom that person is employed, or through whom the services of that person were engaged.
The register shall be of hardback construction with consecutive numbered pages.
The register shall be kept on the Premises at all times and shall be available for inspection by an authorised officer of the Licensing Authority or a Police Officer.
The Premises Licence Holder shall keep a log of all incidents that occur on the Premises.
Door Supervisors will be required to wear reflective waistcoats to the approved standard - to be a specified colour, with approved lettering 'security' front and rear and a clear plastic pocket to display the SIA badge securely in a prominent position.
Waste Receptacles
The Premises Licence Holder or Designated Premises Supervisor shall install within the public areas of the premises, a sufficient number of receptacles for the safe disposal of glass bottles by customers and staff. These receptacles shall be maintained in good order and emptied on a regular basis.
Public Safety
Open Containers
No open containers to leave the premises.
Staff Patrols
Staff members will conduct regular walkthroughs to monitor all areas to ensure that no problems arise.
Staff will regularly remove bottles, glasses and remove any breakages immediately to reduce risk of injury.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
The license holder or their representative shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause disturbance to local residents. A written record of those assessments and the remedial action taken shall be kept and will include the date, time of the checks and the name of the person carrying out the checks. Details of the remedial action will also be recorded.
There shall be placed at all exits of the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public (or members and their guests) requiring customers to leave the premises quickly and quietly.
All music to cease 30 minutes before close.
Noise Limiting Device
All music generated at the Premises shall be controlled by the use of electronic noise limiting devise.
Protection of Children from Harm
Proof of Age Schemes
Persons who appear to be under the age of 21 years shall be required to produce proof of age by way of a recognised proof of age card accredited under the Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) or if a proof of age card is not available a photo driving licence, passport or accredited student card.
Children under 18
Children under the age of 18 years shall only be permitted on the premises up until 6pm
