ANNEXE 1 MANDATORY CONDITIONS
A) CONDITIONS REPRODUCING THE EFFECT OF RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED ON THE USE OF THE PREMISES FOR THE EXISTING LICENSABLE ACTIVITIES (PARAGRAPH 6(8) OF SCHEDULE 8 TO THE LICENSING ACT 2003).
Permitted Hours
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during the times this licence authorises the carrying out of licensable activities.
The above restrictions do not prohibit:
() consumption of the alcohol on the premises or the taking of sale or supply of alcohol to any person residing in the premises;
() the ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the despatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered;
() the sale of alcohol to a trader or club for the purposes of the trade or club;
() the sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of Members of Her Majesty’s naval, military or air forces;
() the taking of alcohol from the premises by a person residing there; or
() the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to any private friends of a person residing there who are bona fide entertained by him at his own expense, or the consumption of alcohol by persons so supplied; or
() the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to persons employed there for the purposes of the business carried on by the holder of the licence, or the consumption of alcohol so supplied, if the alcohol is supplied at the expense of their employer or of the person carrying on or in charge of the business on the premises.
B) CONDITIONS REPRODUCING THE EFFECT OF CONDITIONS SUBJECT TO WHICH THE RELEVANT EXISTING LICENCE HAD EFFECT (PARAGRAPH 6(6) OF SCHEDULE 8 TO THE LICENSING ACT 2003).
JUSTICES' ON LICENCE
1. No intoxicating liquor shall be supplied otherwise than to:
(a) a member of the club admitted pursuant to the club rules;
(b) a guest of a member introduced by such a member;
(c) a person whose admission to the club premises is provided for by the Rules of the club;
(d) Persons attending a pre-booked function to be held within that part of the premises shown cross hatched red on the plan deposited with the Clerk to the Justices. Such functions to be limited to Fridays and Saturdays only and no persons under 14 years of age to be permitted on the premises during such functions.
2. In respect of pre-booked functions a list of all such functions shall be kept at the premises for inspection on demand and no such function shall be held without 7 days prior written notice having been given to the Police Licensing Officer of such a function.
3. There shall be rules of the centre for the election of members and notification of any alterations to those rules must be given to the Licensing Authority and Police Licensing Officer within 14 days.
4.A list of the names and address of all members of the centre shall be kept on the premises.
5. No alteration shall be made to the rules of the centre providing for the admission of persons to the centre other than members without the prior consent of the Licensing Authority.
6. No applications shall be made under the authority of this licence for the grant of an occasional licence.
PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENT LICENCE
1 Seasonal Variations
The premise shall not (without the written consent of the Council) be opened or used for the licensed purposes on Good Friday except between the hours of 21.00 to 00.00.
The premises shall not (without the written consent of the Council) be opened or used for the licensed purposes on Christmas Day.
2 Permitted numbers
The maximum number of persons permitted to use the Premises at any one time shall not exceed for all purposes 320 persons or such lesser number of persons as the Premises can with ample safety, accommodate having regard to the nature of the entertainment provided.
3.. Standard Conditions
The Premises Licence is subject to all the standard conditions contained in the previous Public Entertainment Licence issued under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 as amended.
C) MANDATORY CONDITIONS
That no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
() at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
() at a time when the designated premise supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
That every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
