THE PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER
Private Functions
Private functions shall be risk assessed by the Premises Licence holder or other responsible person for potential disorder etc.
Sale of Alcohol
No sale of alcohol shall be made under the authority of this Licence other than to:
Members and guests introduced in accordance with the rules
Persons attending private pre-booked functions
Persons attending the premises by way of employment or engagement by the club
Players, supporters and officials of visiting teams
Persons attending at the premises at the invitation of the proprietors or committee.
PUBLIC SAFETY
Occupancy
The maximum occupancy of the concert room at any one time shall be 200 persons, or any such other number as agreed in advance with the Fire Safety Officer and notified to the responsible authorities in writing.
THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE
Noise
Doors and windows in areas used for regulated entertainment shall be kept closed during any regulated entertainment to minimise noise escape.
Members of staff shall conduct regular assessments during regulated entertainment to monitor level of noise and to take appropriate steps to reduce noise if found to be excessive. Records of such checks shall be kept for a reasonable period.
Notices shall be displayed requiring persons leaving the premises to do so quietly.
No external speakers shall be used at a level that would cause a nuisance to nearby residents or between 22.00 and 10.00 the following day.
