ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
A) CONDITIONS REPRODUCING THE EFFECT OF RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED ON THE USE OF THE PREMISES FOR THE EXISTING LICENSABLE ACTIVITIES (PARAGRAPH 18(5) OF SCHEDULE 8 TO THE LICENSING ACT 2003).
Permitted Hours
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during the times this licence authorises the carrying out of licensable activities.
All licensable activities shall only be provided for club members and/or any bona fide guests of a member of the club.
Supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises
(1) The supply of alcohol must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises.
(2) Any alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container
(3) Any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club in person.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
THE PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER
CCTV
Where CCTV equipment is fitted, it shall be maintained in good working order in accordance with the maunufacturer's instructions and shall be operational at all times when a licensable activity takes place on the premises.
THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE
Noise
When live or recorded music is played, all reasonable steps shall be taken to avoid disturbance to neighbouring properties.
There shall be placed at all exits of the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public [or members and their guests] notices requiring customers to leave the premises quickly and quietly. This condition also extends to car parks where car radios and members of the public may cause disturbance to local residents.
THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM
Children
Persons under the age of 18 shall be accompanied by an adult member or bona fide guest.
