ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
B) CONDITIONS REPRODUCING THE EFFECT OF CONDITIONS SUBJECT TO WHICH THE RELEVANT EXISTING LICENCE HAD EFFECT (PARAGRAPH 6(6) OF SCHEDULE 8 TO THE LICENSING ACT 2003).
This Licence is renewed subject to the following conditions
1) That subsection 1 and 2 of Section 8 of the Late Night Refreshment Houses Act 1969
shall apply to the premises.
2) That a tariff of charges made in the refreshment house shall, during the hours of late
opening, be kept deisplayed so that it can conveniently be read by persons frequenting
the refreshment house, before entering.
3) That the refreshment house shall not be opened or kept open for public refreshment,
resort and entertainment at any time between 12 midnight and 5 o'clock in the morning.
