ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
(A)CONDITIONS REPRODUCING THE EFFECT OF CONDITIONS SUBJECT TO WHICH THE RELEVANT EXISITING LICENCE HAD EFFECT(PARAGRAPH 6(6) OF SCHEDULE 8 TO THE LICENSING ACT 2003).
PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENT LICENCE
1. Permitted Numbers
The maximum number of persons permittted to use the premises at any one time shall not exceeed for all purposes 1066 persons(Royal Suite 450 persons, Garden Suite 260 Persons and Restaurant /Bar 356 persons) or such lesser number of persons as the premises can with ample safety,accomodate having regard to the nature of the entertainment provided.
2. Standard Conditions
The Premises Licence is subject to all the standard conditions contained in the previous Public Entertainment issued under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 as amended.
B) MANDATORY CONDITIONS
1. Supply of Alcohol
That no supply of alcohol may be made under the the premise licence:-
(a) at a time when ther is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premise licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premise supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
That every supply of alcohol under the premise licence must be mae or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
2. Exhibiiton of Films
The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made by the British Board of Film Classification, where the film has been classified by that Board.
