• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  A)   CONDITIONS REPRODUCING THE EFFECT OF RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED ON THE USE OF THE PREMISES FOR THE EXISTING LICENSABLE ACTIVITIES (PARAGRAPH 18(5) OF SCHEDULE 8 TO THE LICENSING ACT 2003).

   

  1        Permitted Hours

  Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during the times this certificate authorises the carrying out of licensable activities and this shall include:

   

  New Year's Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year's Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, 00.00 on 31 December).

   

  The above restrictions do not prohibit:

  the supply to, or consumption by, any person or alcohol in any premises where they are residing.

   

  2.   Licensable Activities

  All licensable activities shall only be provided for club members and/or any bona fide guests of a member of the club.

   

   

  )            MANDATORY CONDITIONS UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

   

  1        Supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises

   

  (1)          The supply of alcohol must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises.

  (2)          Any alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container.

  (3)          Any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club in person.

  THE PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER

   

  CCTV

  Where CCTV equipment is fitted, it shall be maintained in good working order in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and shall be operational at all times when a licensable activity takes place on the premises.

   

   

  THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE

   

  Notices

  There shall be placed at all exits from the premises prominent, clear and legible notices that can be easily read by the public requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly.

   

   

  THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM

   

  Children

  Children shall be required to be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times.
