ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
A) CONDITIONS REPRODUCING THE EFFECT OF RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED ON THE USE OF THE PREMISES FOR THE EXISTING LICENSABLE ACTIVITIES (PARAGRAPH 18(5) OF SCHEDULE 8 TO THE LICENSING ACT 2003).
1. Permitted Hours
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during the times this certificate authorises the carrying out of licensable activities.
2. Licensable Activities
All licensable activities shall only be provided for club members and/or any bona fide guests of a member of the club
1 Supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises
(1) The supply of alcohol must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises.
(2) Any alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container
(3) Any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club in person.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Members shall be given advice regarding their conduct on access to/egress from the club premises.
Floodlights shall only be used in accordance with planning approval.
Children shall be supervised by a parent/adult at all times.
Children shall not be present on the premises after 20.30.
