Additional Conditions

ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

MANDATORY CONDITIONS

1. That no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
()                   at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
()                   at a time when the designated premise supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

2. That every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

1)     Door Supervision

Only individuals licensed by the Security Industry Authority shall be used at the premises to guard against:

()       unauthorised access or occupation (e.g. through door supervision), or
()       outbreaks of disorder, or
()       damage

1)     Exhibition of films

The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made by the British Board of Film Classification, where the film has been classified by that Board.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

Prevention of Crime and Disorder

Door Supervision

Where the Premises Licence holder considers using door supervisors he shall seek advice from Cheshire Constabulary as to the number considered sufficient to control the entry of persons to the premises and for keeping of order in the premises when they are used for licensable activity.

Pubwatch

The premises licence holder or their representative shall be an active member of the local pubwatch scheme.

Text and/ or Radio Pagers

When the premises are open to the public, any of the above communications shall be switched on and available to and monitored by the designated premises supervisor or a nominated member of staff.

Containers

Toughened glass is currently in use and will continue to be used during any additional hours.

Drinks Promotions

In line with the Premises Licence Holders Alcohol and Social Responsibility policy there will be no promotions that encourage illegal, irresponsible or immoderate consumption.

CCTV

Where CCTV equipment is fitted, it shall be maintained in good working order in accordance with the manufacture’s instructions and shall be operational at all times when licensable activities are taking place on the premises.

Prevention of Public Nuisance

Noise

There shall be place at all exits from the premises prominent, clear and legible notices that can be easily read by the public requiring customers to leave the premises and the are quietly.

Protection of Children from Harm

Proof of Age Schemes

There shall be in place for the premises a written policy that employees challenge all person purchasing alcohol who appear to be under 18 years if age.
Person who appear to be under the age of 18 shall be required to produce proof of age by way of a recognised proof of age card accredited under the Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) or if a proof of age card is not available a photo driving licence, passport.

Adult Entertainment

No entertainment of an adult nature(paid for by the Premsies Lcience Holderof a nude physical nature) shall be permitted at the premises.

Children

Children under the age of 16 years of age shall remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult when using the premises
