ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER
Door Supervisors
Where the Premises Licence holder considers using door supervisors he shall seek advice from Cheshire Constabulary as to the number considered sufficient to control the entry of persons to the premises and for the keeping of order in the premises when they are used for a licensable activity.
Where any door supervisors are used at the premises they shall be registered with the Security Industry Authority.
Pubwatch
The designated premises supervisor or a person nominated by them shall be a member of and regularly attend at the meetings of the Pub and Club watch scheme for the area within which the premises is located.
Text and/or radio pagers
When the premises are open to the public, any communications link to the central control point or other licensed premises shall be switched on and available to and monitored by the Designated Premises Supervisor or a nominated member of staff.
Containers
With the exception only of drinks which are available solely in glass bottles, the Premises Licence holder or designated Premises Supervisor shall ensure that no drinks shall be sold from a bar or by staff service or otherwise to be consumed in or on the premises other than in a container made from non-splintering plastic or shatterproof glass.
Drink Promotions
No sales promotions that encourage illegal, irresponsible or immoderate consumption shall be offered to customers.
CCTV
Where CCTV equipment is fitted, it shall be maintained in good working order in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and shall be operational at all times when a licensable activity takes place on the premises.
PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE
Noise
There shall be placed at all exits from the premises prominent, clear and legible notices that can be easily read by the public requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly.
PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM
Proof of Age Schemes
There shall be in place for the premises a written policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. That policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 18 years to produce a recognised proof of age card accredited under the Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) or if a proof of age card is not available a photo driving licence, passport or accredited student card.
Persons who appear to be under the age of 18 years shall be required to produce proof of age by way of a recognised proof of age card accredited under the Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) or if a proof of age card is not available a photo driving licence, passport or accredited student card.
Adult Entertainment
No entertainment of an adult nature shall be permitted at the premises.
Children
Children under the age of 16 years of age shall be accompanied and supervised by an adult when using the premises.
